Will Amazon accept my files?
They are checked against three printers before you download.
Before you download, Bookbind checks your book against the actual printing rules of Amazon KDP, IngramSpark and Lulu:
- Page size
- Margins and the gutter (the inside edge, where the pages are glued)
- Fonts properly embedded in the file
- How much ink is on the page
- Page count
- File size
The results are in preflight-report.txt in your download.
If a printer still rejects a file that Bookbind made, tell us and we will fix it free. Use Get support in the help menu.

Did this not answer it? Open the ? menu at the bottom of the sidebar in the app and choose Get support — it sends us the page you were on.
